Betsy Bolick
Betsy Bolick lives in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina where she is blessed to serve the next generation as the Collegiate Minister to females at Perkinsville Baptist Church in Boone, NC. She also serves as a Christian Counselor through the Counseling Ministry at Mount Vernon Baptist Church. She received a degree in Religion with a specialization in Women's Ministry from Liberty University and a Master of Arts in Christian Counseling at Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. She is the Founder and Director of Small Enough Ministries and is passionate about reaching women with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Jodi Aiken
Jodi Aiken is a writer, podcaster, and speaker. She is the co-host of the Hope-Filled Conversations podcast. Raised in a small South Carolina town, Jodi grew up in a non-Christian religion, the youngest of five children. She is a mom to two adult sons and blessed with two daughter-in-loves. She is also a JoJo to two amazing grandchildren. Her passion is to help women move their relationship with Christ from doubting to fully trusting. Thirty-four years of marriage to her husband, Chris, have provided countless adventures, including life as a military spouse, a police officer’s wife, and now the wife of a pastor. She has served the Lord alongside her husband in full-time ministry for over 20 years. They currently serve at Englewood Baptist Church in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. Sarah Hardin
Sarah is from West Jefferson, NC, 23 years old and in the process of navigating post-graduate life. She graduated from Appalachian State in 2021 and completed a semester of grad school in May 2022, all while playing on the women’s golf team. Throughout college, she faced many difficulties that caused her to step into a leadership role and turn to Christ more than ever before. Sarah is a lover of sunshine, iced coffee, App State football and daily podcast walks.

As women in our community feel alone, unworthy, unloved, broken, depressed, anxious, and disappointed, the Ladies' Refresher team wanted to offer a refuge for women of all ages through personal storytelling, deep conversations, and authentic friendships. Join Danna Rizoti as she sits down with a few of our faith-centered Ladies' Refresher friends for fun and powerful conversations about relevant issues all women talk about. See who Christ has called us to be as real women dealing with real issues serving a real God.

Erin Southwell
Erin Southwell is from Manistee, Michigan but has lived in Wilkesboro, NC for 8 years with her husband, a Wilkes County native, and their 3 children. She is a lawyer, photographer, and homeschooling mom, redeemed by the love of Jesus Christ.

Molly Youngquist
Molly lives in the mountains of North Carolina with her husband of 13 years and her three children. She and her husband serve as Youth Directors at Unified City Church and love spending time with middle and high school students, empowering them to walk in truth as sons and daughters of God. She is a writer and a speaker with a passion to use the refining fires she’s walked through to help others gain freedom in Christ and a deeper understanding of His love.
Danna Rizoti
Danna was born and raised in Wilkes County. She graduated from ASU with a degree in psychology. Danna has made a career in social work, helping disabled children and adults. She has been married to her husband Jeff for 28 years. Jeff was called into the ministry in 2020, adding the role of pastor’s wife to Danna’s responsibilities. They have an adult son, Seth, who resides in Charlotte. Danna’s greatest joy is being a wife and mother. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working out, being outdoors (where she likes to spend time with the Lord the most), dancing and being involved in various ministries. Her absolute favorite thing to do is laugh so hard that her belly hurts.
Jeanie Decker
Jeanie Decker resides in Hickory, North Carolina. She is married and has four adult children. Her heart is for Godly marriages and she has served in a leadership capacity for marriage ministries since 2013. She enjoys reading, painting, time with family, and the great outdoors.
